Parish House Rules and Regulations

* Must obtain approval from Priest-in-Charge, Senior Warden, or Junior Warden

* A Church member must be present during use

* Person or Group contact name and phone number, Description of Use, and Designated Church member contact name MUST be entered on Parish House Scheduling Calendar at time of request

* Designated Church member contact is responsible for unlocking and securing the Parish House before and after use (i.e. making sure utilities are turned off and doors and windows are closed and locked)

* Church office is OFF LIMITS except the Church member can stay in their during the meeting and can allow someone to use the church phone for local calls only but must remain in office at all times during calls

* Can use the Sunday School Room/Nursery but Person or Group is responsible for any damage or lost items.  Also ALL supplies MUST be returned to their proper place after use.

* Person or Group contact is responsible for providing their personal supplies except reusable church tables, plates, cups, and kitchen utensils can be used but must be cleaned and put away after use.  Disposable items such as plastic cups, plates, silverware, or napkins, food, or coffee grounds are NOT TO BE USED.  The Parish House MUST be left as found after use (i.e. moving tables to original location, cleaning kitchen and Sunday School/Nursery, and emptying trash, etc.)
